How long is each personal training session?

Generally, personal training sessions run for 60 minutes. You are expected to be dressed to work out and ready to go when your FOF trainer arrives for your appointment. The hour you spend with your personal trainer will include a brief warm up (which may include stretching), a training session that is specifically designed for your goals and needs, and will close with a cool down and stretching.


Can I get a good workout in my home or office even if I don't have any exercise equipment?

It is not necessary to have a home gym to benefit from residential personal training. Let a FOF personal trainer show you how your own body weight, stairs, chairs, walls and other common items in your home can result in an tough and effective workout!


How often will I speak with my lifestyle coach and how long are the calls?

For most clients each lifestyle coaching session lasts 30 minutes and the sessions occur on a weekly basis at a mutually convenient time. However, based on your schedule and other commitments, the duration and frequency of sessions can be tailored to suit your needs.


I'm an experienced/advanced exerciser, how can personal training help me?

An FOF personal trainer and lifestyle coach can help you even if you are a seasoned athlete/exercise participant by:
